New Web Protocol HTTP/2

HTTP/2 is Originally named HTTP/2.0 is a new version of HTTP Developed by Hypertext Transfer Protocol Group for World wide web. HTTP/2 would be first version of HTTP and HTTP/1.1 which was standardized in 1999. Google has been used SPDY for the sake of better and faster speeds. SPDY stand for "SPeeDY". SPDY developed for reducing inactivity with the help of feature like request prioritization, multiplexed streams and HTTP header compression.

HTTP Group Introduced with a lots of changed and new Protocol - HTTP/2 has been developed. HTTP/2 include "multiplexing" and "header compression" both allow users to make multiple page request at once. Google will remove SPDY support in early 2016.

Announcing this change, Google writes on its blog:
           “We’re happy to have contributed to the open standards process that led to HTTP/2, and hope to see wide adoption given the broad industry engagement on standardization and implementation. We also look forward to further advancements in fundamental Internet protocols that lead to a faster and more secure Internet for everyone.”
