Hackaball Programmable Ball that Teaches to children for playing game

Hello Guys, Now a days technology has advanced level. There are Different type of toys available in market that have been helping learn to the children. Abacus teaching mathematics, digital toys teaching alphabets and of course building blocks. Hackaball is a smart toy which teaches kids of age group 6 to 10 to invent, program and play games using an iPad app. Hackaball started as an intern project focused on providing children a different way of understanding technology. Later they tested with seven prototype Hackaballs and a hundred children and parents. The exciting response from kids encouraged the developers to improve and bring Hackaball into the tech market.

Hackaball is operated through an iPad app. There is a computer inside which connects to iPad wirelessly. Rest of the working of Hackaball is based on coordinating jobs of an accelerometer, vibration motor, LEDs, rechargeable battery, memory to store sounds and a speaker. The computer inside Hackaball has sensors that detect motions like being dropped, bounced, kicked, shaken or being perfectly still. Children hack the ball with an iOS app which allows them to go in and change the behaviour of Hackaball to do what they want.

Hackaball grows the more they play. Rewarding kids with unlockable features, challenging them with broken games to fix and the ability to share their creations with friends.Kids find it easy to create games to play by themselves, in pairs or in groups. But some have been thinking out of the box and found other uses for Hackaball too. They've used Hackaball as props in plays, asked it questions like a magic 8 ball, woken up to it as an alarm clock and even pranked some parents.
